If your account falls into arrears and thus outside our trading terms, your business details maybe passed onto our Debt Collections Agency for funds retrieval. However, you will have numerous opportunities to pay your account and any account keeping fees that maybe due, before your account is put to our collections team. Your name, address and contact information is used solely to process orders and to contact you regarding product information and/or promotions. Without your consent, this information will NEVER be sold, given, rented or traded to others for purposes other than order fulfilment and debt collections if your account falls outside our trading terms. Your demographic information (gender, date of birth, etc.) will be used for several security purposes, for example to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards.
Our use of log files
When you visit our site we automatically log your IP address, your browser type and your access times.
